Dean Felber I have been lucky enough to enjoy the success of my first passion, music.  As the bass player of Hootie and the Blowfish for the last 23 years, I have lived a dream.  Now, with the pleasure of working with Mark and Shane, I am able to indulge in another passion.  Wine. It started when I first moved to Charleston, 12 years ago.  I remember reading in USA Today that one of the best Sommeliers in the country was working right here in Charleston.  I had to meet him. The first opportunity I had, I booked a reservation at the restaurant where he was working.  I wasn't sure what to expect.  Regardless of my presumptions, I walked out with someone's opinion and knowledge of wine I wanted to know more about. Soon after Mark moved to the Napa Valley.  I took every opportunity I could with my tour schedule to visit him and learn as much as possible about wine and winemaking. I had great experiences out there. Now, here we are.  Mark, Shane and I are proud to present to the world the incredible, delectable winemaking of Mark Ray.
